Introducing Mary-Kate Beaston: The Heart of Our Customer Experience

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce you to Mary-Kate Beaston, our vibrant and dedicated Customer Experience Specialist and to add to that already impressive title Mary- Kate will also be our Agency Admin Support Officer.
Mary-Kate, or “MK” as she is known to many, brings an energy and enthusiasm that has been felt by everyone in the office since day one. Her warm, approachable nature and commitment to helping others shine through in everything she does. It’s no wonder that when word spread she would be joining us, there was a collective buzz of excitement—everyone knew that she was going to be a perfect fit within the Integra team.
From Ballarat to the Beach
Born and raised in Ballarat, Mary-Kate is a local through and through. She has strong family ties here and a deep love for the community. But it’s not just Ballarat that has her heart—St Leonards is where you will find her holidaying at the family house that has been the go to for generations.
Her connection to her roots also runs through her family’s involvement in the iconic local business, Eureka Concrete, where her father and uncles are key players that are well known through Ballarat.
A Rising Star in Customer Experience
In her role as Customer Experience Specialist, Mary-Kate is already making a huge impact. From day one, she’s been the go-to person for anyone entering our office, whether they’re looking to sell their home, apply for a rental, or explore land opportunities. She thrives on the variety and energy that each interaction brings, and she’s committed to ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and well taken care of. MK’s passion for customer interaction shines through, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her in this role.
But that’s not all! Mary-Kate’s role goes beyond customer experience. She is also providing crucial support to our agency and will soon be completing her Agent’s Representative course, opening up even more opportunities for growth and learning within our business. With her ambition and drive, the future is incredibly bright for MK.
From Loreto Leadership to Accounting Insight
Before joining Integra, Mary-Kate had an impressive journey. After graduating as House Captain from Loreto in 2023, she immediately dove into the professional world, working in an administrative role for an accounting firm in 2024. This experience gave her invaluable knowledge and a solid foundation in the business world, making her well-equipped to take on her new role at Integra.
Her experience with a full-time job early on also meant she didn’t feel the need to attend university. She knew she wanted to dive straight into a hands-on role, and her vibrant, social personality made her an absolute natural at customer service and admin work.
A Passion for the Community and Beyond
When she’s not at work, Mary-Kate stays busy with her personal interests. She’s a proud player for the Bungaree Netball Club, where she not only enjoys the social side of the sport but also contributes to the club by volunteering whenever she can.
What Drew Her to Integra?
When asked what attracted her to Integra, Mary-Kate shared that it was the opportunity for growth and the chance to be part of a business with a diverse range of roles. She had heard great things about Integra and already had strong links to the team, making it the perfect environment for her to learn, develop, and carve out her own path. Mary-Kate loves the dynamic, multi-faceted nature of the business, and she’s excited about the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
