Say hello to Kate Brandenburg, a dedicated real estate professional with a strong passion for the industry. Kate is joining the Integra team with a solid background in property management and a lifelong love for all things homes and architecture.
After completing her studies at Loreto, Kate briefly explored the retail world before diving into real estate, where she’s found her true calling. Not one for a traditional university route, she craved a hands-on career, and real estate offered the perfect blend of learning and growth. She started in an administrative role at an agency over 10 years ago, however, her determination and enthusiasm quickly propelled her into property management after just a few months and Kate began training under the mentorship of Integra’s own Juanita Murray.
For Kate, property management isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle. In her spare time, you can find her browsing Realestate.com.au, keeping up with the latest home staging and design trends. This knowledge helps her guide investors on what attracts tenants. Having built a few homes herself, Kate understands layout dynamics and what truly works from a tenant’s perspective.
When asked about her favorite part of her job, Kate says, “No two days are the same.” The variety of people she meets and the unique challenges she faces keep her energised. A key part of her role is tenant selection; she’s dedicated to matching the right tenant with the right property, always going the extra mile to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
As Kate starts this new chapter at Integra, she’s excited to reconnect with familiar faces like Juanita and to work alongside industry leaders like Katie Hewitt. Having seen Integra’s family-oriented culture from the outside, she’s eager to be part of a company that values community, and family—qualities that resonate with her own beliefs.
